  • candidate have to clear all baclogs and candidates from btech and mca must have 60% avg percentage and should have flexibility to work in both the shifts and if you have good communication skills it will boost your chances for selection and you should have the leadership qualify to handle the tasks and events
    rest it all depends on your skilss and also if you are from ssc/intern/diploma field you have to maintain 70% and above prcentage and with no pending backlogs and should be able to understand the techincal stuff
