SSC/ Inter/ Diploma: 70% and above.
BE/ B.Tech/ MCA: 60%.
Candidates with pending backlogs are not eligible.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Having flexibility in the day and night shifts.
Should have a technical bent of mind.
Should be able to understand and handle tasks independently.
Candidates who have attended for Genpact Recruitment or interview before six months are not able to apply.
