After the completion of B.Tech what should a mechanical engineer look for,Job or further study?

  • Mechanical engineer have wide scope in industry as well as in research area.The decision is based on the students interest and the its prerequisites.
    1. Going for JOB:Most of the students prefer to do job for least 2 years and then go for higher studies. This helps them to gain the practical knowledge and the application of knowledge they have. This also strenghten the individuals economical strength.

    2. Going for Higher studies : Students prefer for doing a composite course of btech and mtech of 5 years. Students who have alredy decided to go for higher studies go for this course. For continuing education and going for lecturership or research work one must choose to o for higher studiy.This will continue your study in your area of interest and will help to go for patent too.But completely it is individual decision. Roughly telling go for job if you are not getting admission for higher study in tear1 or 2 college.
