  • while studying company law one has to maintain balance for studying exam and for to get expertise. more focus should be for exam....module is not sufficient as it has no questions and Answers , syllabus is also new , so you should have a good reference book which contains lots of solved questions and reference book shall have all contents of icsi material in easy language .i have researched allot for the same and got very good books , available on amazon , i can say these books are enough to clear cs executive new syllabus Exam .
