mineral acid are strong acid ,but carbonic acid is a weak acid ,while it is also a mineral acid. How?

  • it Is because conjugate base HCO3 is less stable than carbonate ion, due to which It donates 1 more proton to attain stability. In aqueous solution, a weak acid is one that only partially dissociate into ions.
