Gre Quantitative section requires a lot of practice and you should solve questions by keeping a time limit each time to be completely ready for the test day. There is no need to freak out. A good amount of study every day will definitely fetch you 315 +.
For remembering GRE words the best way, in my opinion, is to group words together that have a similar meaning. Through this approach, it becomes easier to remember a bunch of words in one go.
