    This examination is conducted to hire teachers for secondary and higher secondary schools.
     
    Eligibility:
    Clerk:
    For General/ OBC candidates
    Application fee: Rs. 200
    For SC/ST/PD candidates
    Application fee: Rs. 150
    Group D:
    For General/ OBC candidates
    Application fee: Rs. 140
    For SC/ST/PD candidates
    Application fee: Rs. 100

    The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or its equivalent. The course for graduation will depend on the post for which the candidate is applying.
    Nationality must be Indian.
    The minimum age of the candidate should be 20 years.
    The maximum age of the candidate should be 40 years.
     
    The number of attempts for:
    SC/ST is 5 years
    For OBC it is 3 years.
    For Physically Disabled Candidate - 8 years
    For ex-serviceman GENERAL it is 3 years
    For ex-serviceman OBC it is 6 years.
    For ex-serviceman SC/ST it is 8 years.
     
    Selection process:
    Written exam and then interview.

    EXAM PATTERN:  
    For clerk:
    The exam will be an offline mode. It 45 MCQ questions. The total duration will be 60 minutes.
    The language of the test would be Hindi or English. It has 4 sections:
    1.      General Knowledge
    2.      Current Affairs
    3.      Arithmetic
    4.      General English
    And there is no negative marking.
     
    Now comes the group d:
    This test will be offline and would contain 60 questions MCQ type. The total marks will be 60. The duration of the exam will be 60 minutes. And there is no negative marking.
    There are 3 sections in group d exam:
    General Knowledge
    Current Affairs
    Arithmetic
     
    Tips and tricks:
    Read the newspaper daily to improve your language. Also, it improves your current affairs.
    As there is no negative marking in the paper attempt all the questions.
    Don’t mug up the syllabus.
    Try to improve your time as you need to attempt 60 questions in 60 mins.
