why TCS or other company are need 10th,12th, results in 60%

I have no better marks beacuse I m injured at this gym but I m good student in my scl or clge n I hope u r impliment in this point

    some companies don't ask for 60%. 
    find out those companies and check the eligibilty criteria. 
    The good percentage gives you a chance to get a job in big company. 
    But after that percentage doesn't matter if you are not able to work.
    So if you have good knowledge in a particular area then don't worry about the percentages just go ahead and find the new ways.
