The eligibility criteria will be based on aggregate marks of 60% in 10th, 12th and graduation (in any discipline). As per the selection process, there will be four rounds- Communication Skills round, Online Assessment, Technical Interview and Human Resource Interview (HR).   • Mode of Exam: Online.
  • The exam will consist of 72 questions.
  • The exam will be for 60 minutes.
  • Each answer will carry 1 mark and there is no negative marking.
  • The exam will have four sections:
    • Aptitude Skills - 20 marks
    • Analytical Skills - 20 marks
    • Technical Skills - 20 marks
    • Verbal + Written Skills - 12 marks
  • There is no sectional timing and cut off.
  • The medium of language will be English.

  • First, there will be a Communication Skills Round, where, they will be checking the candidate's communication skills.
  • Second, there will be an Online Assessment Round (written test), of 60 minutes.
  • After that, there will be Technical Interview.

  • You need to finish four sections of Sutherland within 60 minutes, which means you need speed with accuracy in order to attempt 72 questions in total. The more you practice, the better chances you have of acing this exam.
  • Make technical section your strong suit, practice questions to solve them within time to increase efficiency.
  • Also, ace mathematics and reasoning subjects and do well in those sections.
  • Remember negative marking is not a factor here. Therefore, try  to attempt all the questions.
  • Manage your time properly; give an appropriate amount of time to each section.
