Hello, For being an sopftware engineer ine need to have the following qualifications- >B.Tech(I.T/C.S) or >BCA and MCA >Join NIIT for GNIIT course which is equivalent to the qualification for software engineer All these qualification will help to get into the I.T sector easily in any of the fields - hardware or software. You should be able to handle a language well and needs to cope with stress in times of need. Also time management is a crucial quality required. Ability to work in a group as well as individually should be shown.
