  • The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 4 rounds. These rounds are as follows:
    Written Exam
    Technical Interview
    HR Interview


    *The Company reserves the right to make changes in the written exam.

  • DELL does the Hiring almost throughout the year, They have regular walking like Monday to Friday. 
    You can call them and walk for the interview at any time. But this part of hiring is for Technical support process. If you are a fresher or experience around a year. You are the Ideal one for this process. 
    If you form the technical background and want to be in the IT services. You need to be a part of the support.
    The process involves 4 Rounds - 
    1. Basic HR Round - This is a normal introduction round, Try to be the best of your soft skills.
    2. Basic Technical Round - It would include some basic technical queries about computers and laptops. 
    3. Versant Round - It will be telephonic round or you can say a Robotic one. It includes reading sentences, Making stories and essays. 
    Stress is on your fluency and Grammar. 
    4. Operations Round - Take by the higher level manager, Would judge you on your communication skills, Technical skills, Basic phycology, How stable you are going to be.
