  • CONCENTRIX consists of 4 rounds- HR round The first round is the HR round. In this round you will be asked general questions like why do you want to join the company, your hobbies and many questions like this. Basically, it's a screening. Written Test There will be three section in written test, written communication, aptitude& reasoning and technical knowledge. Technical interview This round will be with the line manager or AM. In this round they will check your analytical skills, communication, process knowledge, stability and thought process. You just need to be confident with all your answers. Also, in this round question based on coding can also be asked Managerial round This round will be an interrogation round with the manager of the company and the question will be related to question you have preciously answered.
