Which company is better HCL or Accenture?

My sister got selected for Accenture and HCL. HCL has sent the offer letter, need to fill the respective details, joining date might be a month from now. Accenture has already given the offer letter many days back and even their joining date will be in this month.

Confused of which company to join. The pay for both the companies is same. Accenture might be in Banglaore and HCL might be in Chennai. Both the offers look same to me.

But i think HCL provides stress free environment than Accenture and HCL's slogan is 'employee first'. Am i correct?

I am trying to collect all the information i can and also want to know what you people think of the companies, came to know about this forum just now, so asking you experienced or fresh employees.

Please tell me your views or opinions, i would be grateful to you all.
