How can I apply in 3I Infotech? Is there any written test or direct interview?

I think if u are experienced than you can directly apply for the relevant post. As far as, selection process is concerned for fresher’s than they have to face several rounds.
Selection Process:
 
Candidates should go through a three stage selection process to get recruited in 3i-Infotech:
