Since Chara nd Cycas comes under plant kingdom so they perform oxygenic photosynthesis nd nostoc(BGA) is the first organism evolved to prform oxygenic photosynthesis so u hve only green sulphur bacteria as the option Also In oxygenic photosynthesis the oxygen comes from water nd green sulphur bacteria utilises H2S instead of H2O as H2 donor so they can't perform oxygenic photosynthesis or cant evolve oxygen!!!!
