    ·         Xavier Aptitude Test or popularly known as XAT is a national-level management entrance test conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, for admission to management programs at XLRI and other XAT participating institutes across the country.
    ·         Conducted once a year.
     
    ELIGIBILITY-
    ·         As per the  eligibility criteria,  one must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised board or university. The duration of the graduation should be a minimum of three years. 
    ·         One can also apply for the test if s/he is a final year graduation student and completing the degree.
    ·         XLRI has not prescribed any age limit to apply for the exam under the XAT eligibility criteria.
     
     
    EXAM PATTERN-
    ·         Total time: 3 hours
    ·         Total questions:99
    ·         Number of sections: 4 (Part A includes 3 sections + Part B includes 1 section)
    ·         PART A: 72 questions
    SECTION 1: Decision Making
    SECTION 2: Verbal and Logical Ability
    SECTION 3: Data Interpretation and Quantitative Ability (DI & QA)
    ·         PART B: 25 questions
    SECTION 4: General Knowledge
    ·         Exam mode: online
    ·         Exam medium: english
    ·         Correct answer: +1
    ·         Incorrect answer:-0.25
