As gk means general knowledge. Means we should have the knowledge of general things.In todays world as this is the world of conpitition everyone should have basic knowlegde about india , the things whatever happening in india and in othet countries....for this we should daily read newspaper, wath national news channels, read books ....one could definately achieve general knowledge.
