The foremost criterion to get call from FMS is 99.5%+ in CAT. Moreover, the basic eligibility of 60% in SSC & HSC should also be fulfilled. Though the factors like academics, work experience, extra – curricular are not taken into consideration while rolling out call letters, they may swing the interview in one’s favor. The interview process is of 5-7 minutes including a 1 minute extempore on a random topic. The final score is calculated as: 85% - Cat score, 10% - Interview & 5% - Extempore. This year female candidates were given some extra marks to increase the diversity.
