Mindtree is considered to have a very good work culture, though its reimbursement structure is not very attractive when compared to some other industries. But as a fresher you are more passionate for the kind of work you are pursuing rather than compensation. So I believe that although they may lack in the compensation structure but they can give a very good foundation for your future.
In fact, if you worked in a learning atmosphere than salary becomes secondary. It is a field where everyone wants multi tasking and performers. Here in Mindtree, you can grow yourself as a person as well as professional. If you get an opportunity here you must go with it because you will surely learn something new.
