According to my opinion both are good companies because lot peoples are already working with them that doesn't mean they don't have any job opportunities....but they prefer to stay there because of package and job security. TCS os service based company and IBM is product based but now a days IBM is also tending towards services. It totally depends upon the location , job profile, project on which you are working etc If you are satisfied with your job then no matter which company in which you are working. With such employees a small startup may also be in top MNC. see the examples of uber and flipkart, amezon etc
