Only B.tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering is counted as the eligibility criteria with minimum 65% in overall academic duration of b.tech as well as in class XII and class X.
So, unfortunately, your friend, being in CS is not eligible ........

Academic Criteria:
· Candidate must be a B.tech (Mechanical / Automobile).
· 65 percent throughout (Class X , XII and Graduation).
