The Written exam of Ashok Leyland which takes place as the initial elimination round has the following pattern of questions :
APTITUDE section has 47 questions in all which assess your mathematical and analytical skills, these are moderate level questions
TECHNICAL section has 50 questions in totality which checks your technical knowledge of the domain. These are a bit tougher than the Aptitude section and consumes your time.
So, there are 97 questions in all.
Time alloted for the written exam is 1 hour.
