I think its mean that negative element goes to higher com point & positive element goes to lower compound

compounds having metal along with organic part are called organometallic compounds they must have metal-carbon bond By convention- 1metal carbonates 2 metal cyanides 3 metal methoxide are not considered as organometallic compounds hope it helps
