Could explain what would be the pattern of the examination and what to expect?

  • Examination Pattern SCRA 2018-19

    The questions in the written examination be will objective type with negative marking. Candidates are advised to use only black ball point pen to mark answers in the OMR sheet. The examination will be conducted in two parts: A followed by B.

    Part A: Written exam for 600 marks consisting of three sections: Paper 1,2 and 3. Total time given is six hours, two hours of each paper.

    Paper1 is General Ability Test (English, GK and Physiological Test) with of two hours for 200 marks. This exam will contain 120 questions.

    Paper2 is Physical Sciences Test (physics and Chemistry) of two hours for 200 marks. This exam will contain 120 questions.  

    Paper3 is Mathematics Test of two hours for 200 marks. This exam will contain 100 questions only.

    Part B: Personality Test for 200 marks, to be only attended by candidate who pass Part A written exam.

    The questions in the written exam will be in English and of intermediate level. Examination will be conducted in off line mode. Use of calculators us prohibited.
