I think SSC MTS admit card be uploaded very soon on its Website ssc.nic.in. And may come End of this Month or 1st week of April. And SSC MTS exam is Offline as per my Opinion or just see its Website for latest Updates. And Level of the Paper is easy, not very easy but haa Easy and I think Ques. may be asked in direct mode. And There is a possibility of High cut-off this year. All I say is according to my Opinion. But I think, it's correct and Exam will be Easy. So don't worry!
