Analysis of number of Candidate appeared and cut-off:
Ever year around 10 lakh students appear for the banking exam out of which only 2-3 lakh are able to pass through the preliminary exam to sit in the mains exam and out of that only few thousand that is around 15 to 18 thousand able to get the job.
Here is the analysis of previous year cut-off
2015 CUT-OFF ANALYSIS of IBPS PO PO:
Preliminary exam cut-off of 2015 for IBPS PO
· For reasoning section the cut-off was 11.25 for general, 7.75 for OBC/SC/ST and 4.5 FOR PWD.
· For quantitative section the cut-off was 7,75 for general, 5 for OBC/SC/ST and 2 for PWD.
· For English section the cut-off was 7.5 for general, 4.75 for OBC/SC/ST and 2 for PWD.
In 2015 the overall Cut-off of mains paper in IBPS PO was:
· 71.60 For general.
· 60.60 for OBC
· 57 Schedule cast
· 52.40 Schedule tribe
· 50.40 Hearing Impaired
· 62.90 Visually Impaired
· 57.60 Ortho. Challenge
