  • GATE Exam Pattern 2019 – IIT Madras has successfully conducted the GATE 2019 exam for all the 24 papers on February 2, 3, 9 and 10 in morning and afternoon shift each day. The GATE 2019 exam pattern has been announced by IIT Madras through an official notification on July 6, 2018. GATE exam pattern 2019 consist of detailed information related to the online examination. The subject-wise schedule of GATE 2019 exam has been released by IIT Madras and is available below on this page. GATE 2019 has been conducted for a total of 24 papers. The examination of Gate was 3 hours long in duration and consist of both multiple choice and numerical answer type questions. Each paper consist of General Aptitude questions which have to be attempted. The subject-specific questions is given according to the subject selected by the candidates. The total marks of the examination is 100. GATE 2019 exam pattern allows the candidates to know how the examination will be conducted so that they are able to prepare accordingly.
