Is there any elective subject in GATE exam?

Is there any elective subject in GATE exam? If yes, then please suggest anyone and how many subjects we need to choose?

  • No,there is not any elective subject in gate exam as there is in other exams such as IES IAS.Gate is given in one branch only with many subjects in that branch along with maths and aptitude these two are common subjects in all the branches.Different branch has different gate cutoff scores and highest scores.
