    1st   call for an ambulance and police help. 
    2nd    look   of there is   any   bleeding    site apply pressure   on to the it. 
    Don't   move the patient   from spine  unless  he   himself   do  so, so that if  there is spine injury  or
    Fracture    induced traction injury further   damage     can   be prevented   which    can   be   caused    by  ur     honest   intentions.    Wait   till paramedics    arrive. 
    3rd    once you  are in ambulance inform    police and relative.
