    The placement cell of the VIT is called PAT Centre and it is responsible for the training activities of the students. Here, the students get placed in various national and international companies every year.

    It is 600+ companies visited to offer placement for VIT students in 2018 - 19. The highest package was offered by Microsoft for 39 lacs per annum.

    Companies usually visited for placement are Ebay, Intel, Dell, Amazon, Texas Instruments, GE, Paypal, HP, Hitachi, Tata Moters, Deloitte, Bosch, Dr. Reddy's, L&T, Qualcomm, Ashok Leyland, Ford, Honda, Accenture, Cognizant, Global Analytics, TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc.

    1. Wipro: 238 Placement
    2. Deloitte - 191 Placement
    3. Bank of America - 108 Placement
    4. Intel - 147 Placement
