  • CUCET Scholarship Slab:

    Chandigarh University conducts the CUCET three times a year, the aspirant can have the chance for getting the scholarship. The aspirants have the opportunity of appearing in the CUCET 3 times in 3 phases. The CUCET acts as the entrance as well as the scholarship test for the admission process. Though there is a provision of lateral entry in various courses, the eligibility differs there.

    The online examination is conducted from January 01-June 30, 2020. After the successful commencement of the exam, the results are expected to be announced in the last week of June. The merit list will be available on the official website and the individual score can be checked by adding the application number. The applicants who have scored more than 50% in the CUCET can avail the benefits of the scholarship.

    There are three types of scholarship: Gold, Silver and Bronze. The amount that will be awarded in the scholarship will be maximum in the gold phase and minimum in the bronze phase. The online exam is for 100 marks with 100 MCQs to be solved in 120 Minutes. The complete scholarship benefits are mentioned here:

    1.       The applicant who will score 95 and above in the CUCET will be awarded 100% scholarship in all three phases.
    2.       The applicant who will score between 80-94 will be awarded 50% in Gold, 40% in Silver, and 30% in Bronze scholarship.
    3.       The applicants who will score between 70-79 can avail 40% scholarship In Gold, 30% in Silver and 20% in Bronze scholarship.
    4.       The applicants who will score between 60-69 can avail 30% scholarship In Gold, 20% in Silver and 15% in Bronze scholarship.
    5.       The applicants who will score between 50-59 can avail 20% scholarship In Gold, 15% in Silver and 10% in Bronze scholarship.
    6.       The applicants who will score between 40-49 can avail 10% scholarship In Gold, 5% in Silver and no scholarship in Bronze scholarship.
