2016 passed out are eligible to write the ISRO 2016 exam for Scientists/Engineer posts ?

2016 passed out batch stufents are eligible to write the exam and they didn't provide any Degree certificate & Provisional certificate.They will get later ,is it ok?

Yes ofcourse, you can apply for it. But you have to show all youe documents on time.
