The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has released the official notification for the recruitment for Management Trainee Telecom Operations having  300 vacancies. the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer/IT & Electrical. The selection process will consist of three phases- Assessment Process (online), Group Discussion  (GD), and Personal Interview. The Assessment Process which is written test has the exam pattern as follows: it will consist of three sections- Management Aptitude, Cognitive Ability, and Technical knowledge of 3 hours for 450 marks.

Pay Scale: BSNL Management Trainee Telecom Operations 

The Management Trainee shall be appointed in the IDA pay scale [E-3] of Rs 24,900-
50,500/- (PRE-REVISED) with annual increment @ 3% of basic pay plus IDA, HRA, Perks,
Medical Benefits, etc. admissible, as per company rules.

  • Written Test (CBT) will be of 450 marks.
  • The exam will have 450 MCQs type questions.
  • The total duration of the exam will be 180 minutes
  • The medium of language of the questions will be Hindi and English

  • Marking scheme: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer and 1 mark will be allotted for each right. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
