what is difference between minimum qualifying marks and cut off

  • for general a candidate should get 30% in paper 1, 30% in paper 2 and overall 37%.

  • minimum qualifying marks are fixed marks (it can't change)- 30% of total marks is compulsory.
    ibut cut off marks can be changed,if last year cutoff was 60%, so this year year cutoff can be more or less i.e. 65%or 55%. Hope you have understand means of those.
