Hi Pooja!This is Neeraj Atluri.The missing number in the sequence is
195-165=30
255-195=60
285-255=30
345-285=60
so the sequence of difference between numbers varies by 30 and 60 in order.So the next upcoming number in the sequence is 345+30=375
