I think no , because there are numerous classification of computers & PCs according to their function & working ability. But u ask that, The First Computer Name The answer is = ' ' Difference Engine' ' which is created by Sir Charles Babbage . ENIAC is an (commercial) Military Purpose Computer not The First Computer. In my opinion that's the right answer.
