Company Secretary:He is the person who looks after the accounts in a public company or private company. He is the legal expert of the company who looks at the administration, finance, accounts, legal and statutory requirement.
CS which is one of the Esteemed Career is regulated by The Institute Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). It was established in 1980 and it's headquartered is in New Delhi.

The Minimum Qualification is:
One can opt for Company Secretary Course, after finishing 12th class and by students like Commerce, Science, or Arts expect Fine Arts Students. The minimum age is 18 years.
The CS is divided into 3 Levels:
•Foundation CS
•Executive CS
•Professional CS
Those who opt for Company Secretary after Graduation, these are the levels he need to clear:

The exams are conducted June and December every year. The whole CA fees is Rs.25000 for the person applying for CA. if one becomes CA, he will earn 4 to 5 lakhs a year. But for commerce students it is Rs. 9000 while for CPT passed of ICAI or FOUNDATION passed ICAI – CMA while Rs.10000 for non-commerce students and Rs.8500 for CS FOUNDATION passed students.
The person who qualifies CS Foundation will go for CS Executive course. The medium of the exam is English and Hindi. The Minimum Duration is 1 year and Maximum Duration is 5 years.
You need to 40% as the minimum marks in each paper and 50% as the aggregate marks
