  • LPU NEST For BTech Important Dates:

    The LPU NEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) for BTech is conducted to provide admission to the Engineering aspirants in the all undergraduate course of engineering in LPU.

    The entrance test will be conducted in two phases May (Phase-1) and June (Phase-2). The online registrations for the May Schedule have been ended on June 01, 2020, while the June Schedule registration has been started from June 02, 2020, and will last till June 30, 2020. The exam will be conducted in the online mode from the home facility for which registered candidates are required to book the slot for appearing for the examination.

    The slot booking process for the May Schedule was available up to June 03, 2020, and the June schedule is available now. The exam for Undergraduate Engineering courses will be commenced up till June 30, 2020.  The result will be declared within 4 days after the commencement of the entrance examination. The May Schedule Exam has been conducted up till June 07, 2020.

    The candidates should choose the slot for the online examination within the 5-15 days the application form was filled. The candidates should book the slots for the online examination as soon as possible as more than 50 thousand candidates appear for the BTech LPUNEST every year.

    The exam will have 75 Multiple-Choice Questions to be solved in 90 minutes. The questions will be asked from the 4 subjects: Physics (20 Questions), Chemistry (20 Questions), Mathematics (20 Questions), Biology (20 Questions), and English (15 Questions). The candidate has to choose either PCME or PCBE. The PCM/PCB section has an equal weightage of 4 marks while English section questions will carry 2 marks. There will be no deductions for the wrong or the unattempted questions.
