  • The Number of Seats available in the JNU for MSc Biotechnology:

    There are 30 seats available in the JNU to offer admission to MSc Biotechnology program through the GAT-B (earlier JNUCEEB). GAT-B rank will be applicable to 62 colleges/ institutions all over the nation. 

    GAT-B exam will be conducted for 1221 seats in 62 colleges/ institutions.

    • For MTech Biotechnology : 240 seats in 12 colleges/ institutions
    • For MVSc Animal Biotechnology : 10 seats in College of Veterinary Science, Assam Agricultural University, Guwahati, Assam 
    • For MSc Biotechnology: 660 seats in 34 colleges
    • For MSc Allied Areas: 171 seats in 8 colleges
