The JNUCEEB exam has been replaced by the GAT-B exam, the cut-off marks will be displayed once the entrance exam will be commenced successfully. The GAT-B cut off marks will be the minimum marks that are required for the admission in the respective postgraduate Biotechnology courses.

The merit list will disclose the names of the qualified applicants who will have scored above or the same as the cutoff marks for the admission. The qualified applicants will be further called for the counselling process according to the participating college/institution schedule.

The cutoff marks will be affected by the number of candidates appearing for the entrance exam, the difficulty level of the exam, the previous year cut off, and the average performance of the candidates in the exam.
