  • CUCET Application Process:
     
    The applicants that are willing to take admission in Chandigarh University can apply through both online and offline modes. The application forms are available for the CUCET since January 01, 2020 on the official website of CU. The application form in offline mode can be bought from the University admission office or the authorized centres. The last date of registration for the CUCET is June 25, 2020.
     
    The applicants are required to pay Rs. 1000 for the information brochure and the registration fee for the CUCET. The information brochure will have complete information about the course that the applicant is applying to, the university information, placements, and many more. It will give an overview of the whole application process.
     
    The CUCET has been conducted since the applications have started which is January 01, 2020. The exam is conducted thrice in a year for the sole purpose of admission. The scholarships are too provided to the candidates who score the designated marks in the exam. The application process can be completed through either offline or online mode.
     
    The online Application Process:
     
    1.       Candidate’s Registration:

    The candidate must visit the official registration the Chandigarh University for the registration, the candidate has to create the profile by providing the personal information such as name, email ID, mobile number, city.
    After the successful registration,  the registered mail ID and number will get the confirmation message from the authorities.

    2.       Paying the application fee

    The candidates after successful registration have to login via the registered mail IDs, the application fee amount of Rs. 1000 will be paid to have the digital information brochure.

    3.       Choose the center of preference for the test

    The candidates have to choose the city of preference for the examination where the test centers will be allotted to the candidates after submitting the form. The candidates have to appear for the exam on the date and test center chosen by the applicants.

    The offline Application Process

    1.       Fill the form

    The candidates are required to enter the unique number provided at the information brochure bought from the admission office of the CU.
    The official website of CU should be visited to complete the further process of application for the CUCET. The candidate have to create the profile for themselves and the confirmation message will be received on the registered numbers.

    2.       The personal details

    After filling the personal details, the successful registration will land into the application form page. The candidates can download the application form and send the filled form to the university.
     
    The admission will be solely based on the CUCET, though the lateral entry for specific courses is allowed where the candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria for the course.
