RULET Exam: Exam Pattern, Insights and Details

RULET for the law is Rajasthan University’s entrance test; clearing the said exam will allow you to pursue BA LLB; an integrated Law degree for a period of five years. The university will make the official announcement regarding the commencement of the registration process in the month of May.  The exam will be conducted in offline fashion for the duration of two hours and the students will be evaluated on areas such as Legal GK, Language Ability, Legal Reasoning, General Science and Social Studies. RULET 2020: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the candidates are stated below for Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test.

  • Nationality / Citizenship:

The candidate must be an Indian Citizen for the minimum eligibility.

  • Educational Qualification:

The candidate must 12th class in any stream with minimum 50% marks for General category, 45% marks for SC/ST category from a recognized board.

RULET 2020: Exam pattern

The exam will comprise of 200 multiple-choice questions that are required to be attempted in 2 hours. The exam will be divided into five sections to assess the capabilities of the candidate for the LAW course in Rajasthan University.

  • The offline test will be of 200 marks.

  • The exam will have both subjective as well as objective-type questions

  • The total duration of the exam will be 120 minutes

General Science, Social Studies, Indian and world history, Environment, Constitution, Science and technology, UN bodies

  • Language Ability:

Reading comprehension, Incorrect sentences, Synonyms, Antonyms, Phrases, Figures of speech

  • Legal Reasoning:

Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Torts, Intellectual Property Rights

Preparation tips for RULET Exam

  • You need to finish 5 sections of the RULET Exam within 120 minutes, which means you need speed with accuracy in order to attempt 200 questions in total. The more you practice, the better chances you have of acing this exam.

  • Manage your time properly; give an appropriate amount of time to each section. Try to improve your time by practicing as many online tests as possible.
