Aspirants willing to get admissions into various branches of B.Tech courses offered by Galgotias University can apply for the Galgotias Engineering Entrance Examination, GEEE. The official dates for GEEE 2020 have been released by the exam conducting authority. GEEE 2020 is likely to be held on June 15, 2020. Online application forms for GEEE 2020 were made available from December 23, 2020. Candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria described by the university before applying for the exam, as candidates failing to fulfill the eligibility criteria will not be allowed to sit in the exam.

Eligibility for GEEE Exam:

  • Candidates must have qualified their 12th examination from any recognized board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with 60% aggregate marks.

  • Reserved category candidates must have 45% aggregate in all the subjects together.

  • Appearing candidates are also eligible to apply.

Physics and Measurements, Relational Motion, Oscillation and Waves, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, and Optics.

  • Mathematics:

30 questions from this section with 5 questions from each topic will be seen in the entrance exam. The topics are:

Complex Numbers and Quadratic equations, Limits, Continuity and Differentiability, Matrices and determinants, Integral & Differential Calculus, Vector algebra, and Trigonometry.

  • Chemistry:

​​30 questions from this section with 5 questions from each topic will be seen in the entrance exam. The topics are:

Atomic Structure, Chemical Equilibrium, Kinetics, Chemical Thermodynamics, Classification of Elements & Periodicity in Properties, Nomenclature and Basic Concept in Organic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Functional group, and Hydrocarbons, Coordination Chemistry.
