Commonly known as Food Processing Sector Skill Council, FICSI (Food Industry Capacity and Skill Initiative), a non-profit industry, which is run by FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and industry). The main objective of FICSI is- “Creating a robust and vibrant eco-system for quality education and skill development in the Food Processing Sector in the country.” It lays emphasis on the skill development of ST/SC, Differently Abled, and people in minority groups.
