1. Age Limit:
The candidates must be within 20 - 40 years of age to be eligible.

The candidate must have B.Sc. (Nursing) OR Post Basic B. Sc. (Nursing) degree with Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
3. Nationality:
The candidate must be of Indian Nationality.
The candidates from All Categories are not liable to pay any application fee for the application of NHM Madhya Pradesh Community Health Officer Recruitment Exam.
