What is the pattern of BHU Pre-Medical Exam?

In order to use for MBBS courses, candidates should attend 2 stages of the choice method -
• Pre Medical Test - Screening
• Pre Medical Test - Main test
For other courses like BDS/B- Pharm/BAMS etc willdidates can directly seem for the PMT main test. Banaras Hindu University Pre-Medical Entrance Exam (BHU PMT) consists of three main sections
• Section A - Physics
• Section B - Chemistry
• Section C - Biology
BHU-PMT Screening
• The BHU-PMT screening test can have a single question paper consisting of two hundred objective kind queries.
• Each correct answer will carry a pair of marks.
• For each incorrect answer one mark can be subtracted.
• There will be fifty queries every from Physics, Chemistry, Botany and zoological science with a most of a hundred marks for every subject.
BHU-PMT Main
• There will be one question paper consisting of two hundred objective kind queries.
• The medium of the paper will be in English.
• Each correct answer will carry a pair of marks.
• 1 mark will be subtracted for every incorrect answer.
• The Question paper will be divided into a pair of sections specifically Section 'A' and Section 'B'.
Section A:
• This section consists of 100 queries and the queries ar divided into four teams specifically Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology.
• Each group carries twenty five queries.
• This section can carry multiple alternative queries with four choices and solely one choice will have the right answer.
Section B:
• This section consists of 100 queries and the queries ar divided into four teams specifically Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology.
• Each group carries twenty five queries.
