What are the positions one can get on clearing the RPSC with a good rank?

IAS, IPS ,IRS are some of the most prestigious ones. What are other than them.

Let me give you a general answer applicable to most states administrative services including Rajasthan.
The entry level posts for SAS is deputy collectors.
They mostly man the collector's office as heads of different branches and are posted as SDMs in subdivisions.
After promotions they become joint collectors and a few become Additional Collectors.
Some of them also get posted in state secreteriats as deputy secretaries.
A very few really competent of the SAS makes it to IAS and form one third of the total strength of the cadre.
