NTPC Recruitment is a process of three steps as:
1. GATE- Written Exam
2. Group Discussion
3. Interview
It invites fresh graduates, diploma/ ITI holders as well as experienced manpower. However, the hiring pattern differs very slightly for all the three types of applicants. Executives are moved to the GD round if they clear GATE. There are various tests involved in the process of hiring non-executive workforce which has tests such as physical, trade and skill tests.
