  • IESC is Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council , is a non profitable organizationpromoted by the Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association ( ICEMA ) and supported by the Confederation of Indian Industry ( CII ) and funded by the National Skill Development Corporation ( NSDC ) to spearhead the skilling of workforce in the Infrastructure Equipment Sector with primary focus on training and certification of operators and mechanics.

    Now you are asking why IESC , so IESC has mission to train over a million operators and mechanics over next 10 years. They want to train & excel the carrer of 5000 certified trainers. IESC have tied up with 400 training organization and their certificate have good value in market for job placements. So its better to be part of IESC    .
