  • Start with small goals. Start with sitting for like 2 hours continuously and then take a break for 15 min. then again start studying. I am preparing for IIT JAM 2019 and I faced the same difficulty as well. Entrance exams like GATE and IIT JAM are hard to crack but with little extra efforts, you can crack them. Have faith in yourself.

  • Studying long time is a boring this until the subject is interesting.See youtube videos of related topics if u get bored and also just google it for some time.use some specific chalenging aps that has timer questions.so that the topic we learn so deeply and joyfully

  • Following methods can help you 1 Start practicing yoga. 2 Take good and healthy intake of food and water 3 Try waking up early and study 4 if you do not feel like studying, for five minutes just sit with your books and notebooks try writing and studying ,after five minutes interest will develop itself

  • 1) I think forcefully study is not effective and useful.
    2) you can do study easily, really you want, not forcefully.
    3) there is no concept of those people can give more time to study they are very smart.
    4) actually study is depend on own choice.
    5) you can do study when you are competable.

  • Studying continuously for a long time from very starting is not easy. You have to make it your habit and for it ,you need to gradually increase the studying hours.

  • If you are not in a habit of studying for a long time then you have to start studying in slots . First aim to study for 1-2 hours with full concentration and then increase this time slowly. For increasing your concentration , you can do some meditation and yoga. Make a schedule and follow it properly. The schedule should  include sports, hangout with friends, and sometime for social media also.

  • It is very general problem of todays youth that they cannot study for long time ... Have you ever thaought why we are not able to study for the long time ....?
    There are many reasons like lack of concentration , more interest in phones and social media , friend circle..etc
    Here are some tips to study smartly:
    Practice yoga and meditation early morning everyday it will increase your concentration level .

    One should not study continuously for small interval of time ....take small breaks ...and in those breaks do the thing which you love doing the most ...like playing(outdoor games) , talking to your partents , dancing etc,

    Dont tart reading as soon as you come back from school and coaching ...take rest / go to sleep / or make your mind fresh....and start studing with a fresh mindset.

    If you really want to study ...your connection with phones and social media should be very less....I am not saying that you should totally take your self away from social media ...but it should be in limit and should not affect your study.

    One last tip : Every one has some goal in life ...Write that goal in big letters on a paper and stick it on the wall where you sit to study and before starting the study look at it....By doing so you will get some more energy for studing

  • Do nothing. Didn't get it. Really if you will have nothing to do (say use facebook, what's app, etc.) ultimately you will get bored doing nothing and hence you will will want to do something then study again.
